Obviously some people don’t care

Author: Just been up the High St again and dismayed at the amount of chewing-gum on the pavements. These were cleaned no so long ago and The Council do their best to keep them clean – and use our Council Tax money to do so. But I object that I should have to pay for the careless actions of litter-louts who simply don’t care about the appearance of the town.
